2014 Chevy Corvette C7 Finally Revealed

If you’re a Corvette enthusiast like us at Zeroto60Times, then you can finally take a breath again since the 2014 Chevy Corvette has finally been revealed on January 14th. As an avid Corvette enthusiast and former owner of a C6 Corvette, I can attest that it was a very solid performance car that you need to respect if you want to stay out of the nearest ditch. The last generation C6 Corvette was in production for 9 years and at this point it greatly needed a refresh in order to keep its edge in the affordable high-performance sports car niche. Not surprisingly the car has received a boost in horsepower and torque to 450 for both. Although the engine specs are relatively impressive, Corvette guys like me could not wait to see the refreshed interior and exterior styling of the new C7 gen Corvette. In my opinion the new 2014 Corvette is not at a point where I would say that I wouldn’t change a thing, but it does look much more modern, sleek and sexy than the out-going model and positively good enough to buy (if I wanted to shell out approx $50k).
