Due to popular demand, we created a fourth installment in our Google Maps Street View Exotic Car Sightings series.  During this series we have traveled the world (well via Google Maps Street View) with the sole mission of finding some of the rarest and most expensive cars that have been photographed by the Google Maps car.  For tips on how to spot exotic cars on Google Earth / Maps, then please check out our previous posts in this exotic car hunt series. This is the second installment of our Street View Exotic Car Hunt on Google Maps (or Google Earth).  This post features even more exotic sports cars, rare classics and super expensive luxury cars that were all spotted cruising around from the perspective of the Google Maps car.  Even though we have been able to capture over 200 exotic cars on Google Street View; the world is a big place and there are still plenty (likely thousands) of other opportunities to spot high-end car(s) photographed by the Google Maps vehicle. We used ” Top 10 Places in America to Spot Exotic Cars  ” list to help us discover the best places in the US to spot exotic cars and then went to notoriously wealthy neighborhoods around the globe and kept our eyes peeled for high-end cars.  For us, it’s most thrilling to find an exotic car while it’s cruising down the road, but it’s still exciting to stumble upon a fancy car parked outside an upscale shop or in the driveway of a mansion. If you’re interested in trying to find exotic cars on Google Street View yourself, then we would recommend considering the following:

  • Jump over to the other side of the street (were possible) to get another perspective on the same location
  • Intersections are hotspots for spotting exotic cars – make sure to jump around to all 4 corners of the intersection to increase your odds
  • Look behind you if you are in a “hot spot”, as many high-end cars were found this way for us
  • Try looking up a fancy retail store (clothing, furniture, cars, etc) and then search around that area
  • Look-up wealthy zip codes

You’re probably already familiar with Google Maps as the tool to find you’re a local business, plan your trip route or see if the see if the Google Maps car caught you walking to get the newspaper in front of your home.  What you may have not considered is that exploring Google Maps can also be a great cure for boredom. Cruise down the street in Street View mode and you may discover a drug deal, a car accident, some amazing homes, or perhaps a celebrity walking down the sidewalk in Beverly Hills.  If you’re a car guy then you’ll probably be more interested in using Google Maps to discover some of the most desirable and expensive exotic cars in the world.  The Google Maps camera caught exotic cars all over the globe, but a leveraging the Top 10 Places to Spot Exotic Cars blog post may help you find them much quicker. Find exotic cars ranging from a Bugatti Veyron to a Rolls-Royce Phantom.  Below are the exotic car sightings we had within a couple hours of exploring Google Maps. If you are car guy passionate about expensive rare cars and have some time to kill, then going on an exotic car hunt on Google Maps Street View can be a fun way to spend your time.  Beyond taking a virtual field trip perhaps to destinations that you have, or never will go, embarking on a Google Maps exotic car hunt can be a great place to stumble on something else of interest. Many things have been observed in Google Street View such as drug deals in process, car wrecks, fist fights, active movie sets, celebrities and so on.  If you’re looking for exotic cars on Google Maps Street View in London, England sounds relatively boring, then simply try searching for some of these other things that may be of more interest to you. Usually the first thing that newbies to Google Maps (formerly Google Earth) do is try to find themselves or their car parked outside either at their place of employment or at home.  Regardless, we encourage you to take your own journey to discover interesting things using this amazing tool.  For car guys we would recommend first searching for even more exotic cars in London than the ones we found, or select another area of the world that you think are good places to spot exotic cars.  We hope that you enjoy checking out the very expensive exotic cars that we discovered in London England with Google Maps StreetView.
