Brammo Enertia Electric Motorcycle
This video shows one of the initial reviews of the all electric Brammo Enertia motorcycle back in 2009. At that time the electric bike retailed for $11,995 and was sold exclusively in Best Buy stores because Brammo figured it was less of a traditional motorcycle and more of a tech gadget. The supermoto-style machine has a top speed of 55 miles per hour, a 50-mile range and charges in 4 hours. In 2009 federal tax incentives include a 10% tax credit off the sales price and a reimbursement of the sales tax.
