1,250 HP Zenvo ST1 Supercar

Zenvo ST1 Danish Supercar

Denmark is known for many things such as Legos, delicious pastries and quality Royal Copenhagen products. What Denmark is not known for is exotic high-performance supercars, well that is until now. A small company called Zenvo Automotive is going to add supercars to Denmark’s export list with it ST1 car. The Zenvo ST1 perhaps is a bit short on practically being that it’s a supercar, but one thing that it has plenty of is raw, neck-snapping horsepower. The Zenvo ST1 boasts an impressive 1,250 horses under the hood. To put this number into perspective, note that the new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport “only” has 1,200 horsepower. Many would argue that the Veyron Super Sport is the greatest performance car that has ever been built to date. Dethroning the Bugatti of this status is monumental for any car manufacture let alone an emerging car company. Although just because the Zenvo ST1 has more horsepower certainly does not necessarily make it the better overall car. Aside from the horsepower statistic, another element that the Bugatti and Zenvo have in common is their price points. While the Bugatti Super Sport typically sells for about $2.5 million dollars; the Zenvo ST1 is in the same stratospheric price tier, but offers a relative bargain (assuming the many other performance characteristics are up-to-par) at “only” $1.8 million dollars. Don’t expect to see one of these Danish supercars parked at your nearest supermarket since U.S. production numbers are limited to an ultra-exclusive 3 units. Post a comment below and say what you think about the new Zenvo ST1 supercar.
